1. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking by contacting us via email or phone.
Refund eligibility depends on how many days before the tour start date the cancellation is made:
30 days or more: Full refund
15–29 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
2. Cancellation by Let’s Go Discovery
In rare cases, Let’s Go Discovery may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change tour dates or participants must be made in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Please allow extra time for banks or payment providers to complete the transaction.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
Travel insurance is the customer’s responsibility and not included in the tour price.
