Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your booking by contacting us via email or phone.

  • Refund eligibility depends on how many days before the tour start date the cancellation is made:

    • 30 days or more: Full refund

    • 15–29 days: 50% refund

    • Less than 15 days: No refund

2. Cancellation by Let’s Go Discovery

  • In rare cases, Let’s Go Discovery may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests to change tour dates or participants must be made in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Please allow extra time for banks or payment providers to complete the transaction.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.

  • Travel insurance is the customer’s responsibility and not included in the tour price.
